Located in the second phase of NC State University’s Greek Village, the Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity house is the second new fraternity chapter house to be constructed in the new Greek community. The three-story house has public access on both a lower courtyard level and a main street level. The house contains residences for 39 members, multiple study and education spaces, a resident advisor apartment, commercial kitchen, and larger chapter room for communal dinging and meeting for the 100-plus member fraternity. The exterior design is influenced by former NC State Lambda Chi Alpha houses and local traditional homes.
